Why Using PHP Framework?

The goal of php framework is make programming style is structured,make it standard. So if there are standard for writing code, a software company who has many programmer can work together, just learning that framework behavior. Its will reduced energy and time than working alone.
But for me, framework work will reduce creativity of coding.I cannot using my special query for getting data from database engine, cannot implement my algoritm to build my own application. Just it all, maybe i need times to adapatation.
Framework is good, as note framework is a mode, like trend i think.But dont forget to cegah satwa punah also
